Northern Districts Set to Soar

Northern District’s is one step closer to the A grade grand-final with a strong win over Waratahs last week. This week we play Hoggies who lost by 3 goals last week. If we win we will play Falcons in the grand-final next Thursday. In juniors our Under 11 and under 17 teams both progressed to next week’s grand-final with great wins tonight, so we wish them all the best for next week.

In other exciting news we are happy to announce that we are amalgamating with Wanderers Football Club to become Northern Districts Eagles in season 2014. We have been working towards this for a while now and hope that it provides both clubs with the opportunity to expand their brand and exposure across the whole year and hopefully attract more people to our great clubs. We are very excited about this move forward and feel that it will only make both our clubs stronger. With over 150 years of sporting achievements between us this can only be good for both clubs futures.
